The Nullarbor was boring. I mean really boring. There's actually so little to see that they sign a long (and I mean LONG) stretch of straight road as something noteworthy. We played Yatzee to pass the time and listened to very bad radio. The farm report features sheep shearing contests called like horse races (Peter won, apparently he's a big name in the shearing community) and the musical high point was Weird Al's “Eat It”. Petrol was $1.77/litre. For you Seppos, that's about $7/gallon. Crazy.
