Kayaking Nara Inlet
What a birthday.  A night at Nara Inlet followed by a brief trip to Hamilton Island (civilisation was a bit of a shock!) to restock.  The gang got me gifts and a card and "birthday girl" pin :)  Was a lovely day that wrapped up with a trip to see some pretty cool Aboriginal art in caves near the head of Nara Inlet.  The only downside is that Nara Inlet apparently used to be called Shark Cove or something similar because it's a well know shark nursary and thus "not a good idea to snorkel there" (straight from the boating notes).  Oh well, we squeezed in a nice kayak instead.
